Glace Cherries

There’s even less justification for including Glace Cherries in a healthy product than marmalade but again, the recipe called for them so I put them in. They do add a nice touch of colour. Maybe I’ll just have to live with the fact that people will eat my fruit cake more because it tastes great than because it is super healthy for them.
