Marmalade

Hey, what can you say about marmalade? Citrus rinds and sugar. The original fruit cake recipe called for it so I put it in. I will probably look at testing what the fruit cake tastes like by removing it but for the time being it’s in there. If you want a fruit cake without it, just let me know.
