To keep your health you need to understand the following:

Your body is an incredibly complex machine that is still not fully understood.

You were not given the owner’s manual for your body.

You have not done an apprenticeship to learn how to optimally operate your body.

In school you were told a pack of lies that kill most people. (eg. the food pyramid)

Every advertising medium bombards you with false claims of how good some junk food is.

Most people operate their body without even the minimum true data required to do so.

The vast majority of people are using a trial and error method of running their body with
nutritionally deficient, processed fake food full of artificial and poisonous ingredients.

This causes the vast majority to needlessly suffer illness and disease.

It also causes us to die at half our potential life span.

I realised some time ago that if I could do a good enough job of helping you to improve your nutrition, that should help you avoid 8 of the top 10 causes of death.

My attack on the things that will kill you is currently on three fronts:

And there is a confusing mess of completely contradictory data that causes most people to give up trying to learn what works.

During the first 3 and a half years I invested well over 1,400 hours into research of health, nutrition, aging and anti-aging factors. Learning this data has been instrumental in assisting me to improve my diet, exercise routine and lifestyle with the objective of preventing degenerative diseases. Your body is probably the most complex and sophisticated engine ever created yet you are not fully trained in how to fuel and maintain it!

Research confirms our bodies are a direct result of our food and thoughts. What we eat becomes the raw material from which our body is made. What we think affects the processing and utilisation of those raw materials. If we completely understood every function of our body and mind and understood the effect on our body of every food we ate and we consistently applied that knowledge to how we live our life, we would suffer less illness and disease, live longer and happier lives.

Just because I have invested heavily in my nutrition and health education does not mean you should take my word for it. Take the time to do your own research. Read my ingredient lists. Fact 1: We’re Nutritionally Shortchanged!

Due to short-term, profit motivated soil mismanagement and lack of public awareness or government oversight, the quality of our farm land and, as a result, our food supply, has been seriously degraded over the last 50 years. Most commercial farmers fertilise with superphosphate which provides 3 minerals (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) whereas plants need 35 or 36 to provide optimal nutrition. As a result of this unsustainable equation, spinach has less than 10% of the iron it had 50 years ago. In my special report I provide many other examples of this nutritional short changing from which you suffer but I need to keep this short.

Fact 2: Our Diet Lacks Nutritionally Diversity!

The range of foods we eat and from which we extract many different nutrients, is diminishing dramatically.

The ancient Aztecs cultivated 229 crops! Today, 12 crops provide the bulk of the diet for 75% of the world’s population. 4 crops (wheat, rice, corn and soybeans) provide the bulk of the food for half the world’s population.

Most Americans currently derive 66% of their caloric intake from those 4 crops and their derivatives! In the US and Australia, expanding waistlines, malnourishment and the increase in degenerative diseases are testimony to the insanity of that lack of nutritional diversity.

Fact 3: Malnourishment Does Not Deliver Spectacular Health

Just as our crops only grow as well as they are nourished, the human body operates as well as the quality of the nutrients you give it. The old computer term, GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) also applies to the body. Feed it junk and you will get less energy and a shorter life span.

There is much scientific evidence to suggest that part of the reason for the increase in degenerative diseases is nutritional deficiencies from a variety restricted and nutrient deficient diet. Under consume omega-3 fatty acids and you are more likely to suffer depression! Most degenerative diseases are prevented, deferred or their symptoms diminished with appropriate nutrition.


Fact 4: The 12 Pillars of Optimum Health

My research has identified 12 major factors that make a huge difference to the health of your body and the quality and length of your life. They are:

  • Properly Inhaled, Clean Air
  • Adequate Sleep
  • Adequate Hydration
  • Optimal Diet
  • Optimal Exposure to Sun
  • Physical Fitness
  • Zero Toxin Intake or Regular Detoxification
  • Spiritual Awareness
  • Achieving Products on Your Basic Purpose Line
  • Having a Philosophy of Continuous Improvement
  • Zero Stress
  • Having 5 or More Close Personal Friends

Opinion: We’re Not Doing That Well

If there was a rating possible for each pillar, my guess is that most people would score a failing grade on every one of the 12 pillars. Even the fact that you are reading this puts you well above average. Most people don’t make it to here.

Result: Complete Disaster - Disease and Early Death

  • Most people are over weight and under nourished
  • Obesity is increasing dramatically
  • Most people have difficulty sleeping
  • Most people are tired
  • Degenerative diseases are rising drmatically
  • Degenerative disease will kill 95% of western civilization

Degenerative diseases are cancer, heart disease, artheriosclerosis, stroke, Alzheimer’s, dementia and auto-immune diseases. They will kill 95% of people who live in Australia, America and Europe.

They are the reason why we don’t all live a healthy life until we are 150 years old.

Conclusion: Continuous Personal Improvement

I am working on a personal program to increase my score for each of the 12 pillars.
