About the Muesli
This is the muesli I make for myself. It is quite dense as I use no puffed anything as you can readily see from the ingredients. Many of the ingredeints are organic, some not. I costed purchasing the ingredeints from Coles, all non-organic, and to make a kilo yourself would set you back $26.51.
I put three heaped soup spoons of it in a bowl add some coconut or macadamia milk then top it off with 6-10 fresh or frozen fruits. This alone gives me my 3-5 servings of fruit a day.
