  • About the Gluten-Free Flour

    Out of a range of nut meals and seed flours I made a flour for some pancakes for my grand kids.

    The mix also went over a treat with one of my friends Bronwyn, who helps me with my making and at the shows, selling my range. Bronwyn asked me to make some for her too and, after trying it, sugested I add the mix to my range.

    So here it is, a one kilo mix with which you can make a whole range of gluten-free delectables - pastry, pancakes, banana bread, carrot cake etc.

    As you can see from the ingredient list I have not added any raising agents or cinnamon and nutmeg so it is applicable for the widest range of applications.
