Gluten and Dairy Free
Most people who tried this at the Gluten Free Expo found it great. Taste wise it is one of the most popular products in our range, right up there with the fruit cake and cocomac biscuit. It:
- has no cane sugar (coconut palm sugar has a GI of 35)
- tastes sensational for those with a sweet tooth
- has no added colours, flavours or preservatives
- is satisfying
- does not leave you with that addictive\compulsive\craving more feeling
Each slice is at least 50 grams.
My two daughters, Teal and Cadienne, strenuously resist any attempt of mine to give away any samples of them. Leonie, a new client to whom I sent a sample says of it “absolutely delicious” and “I will order that one next time, it is really yummy.”
