This eXtreme Nutrition Bar is my latest attempt to create the optimal superfood of superfoods. It is my top bar for nutritional variety with over 130 healthy ingredients. It truly is for those wanting elite nutrition. It delivers a wide variety of nutrients to the mind and body for instant and lasting energy, maximum mental and physical performance in a convenient, portable package.
I have selected the ingredients to make up this bar with these objectives in mind.

I cannot state that consuming this bar will accomplish these objectives. I have not had the bar tested by an independent laboratory in clinical or field trials to determine if the ingredients I have selected will produce the desired result in the quantity and in the form I am presenting them.

To increase the absorption of the nutrient content I soak the nuts overnight. This removes the enzyme blockers. I then slow roast (30-40 degrees centigrade) them for a day or three to dry them out. To give you as long a shelf life as possible I then vacuum seal these bars. Unfortunately this has the side effect of sucking out some of the vitamin E and lecithin oils. So they don’t look that pretty in the packet.
As well as that, as good a job as I have done with selectng the ingredients, sometimes the blender does not fully grind the herbs and roots to a powder, so there may be an unchewable fragment of twig in the bar. You are welcome to masticate it or expectorate it as you see fit.
